Just a quick thought:

Kat's diary jogged my memory a bit. On the 19th I was talking to my friend Aaron's uncle. He was asking my about highschool and stuff, and he asked me about peer pressure. He and I were both surprised at my answer. I'm not under any sort of peer pressure at all. I don't have this desire to conform to anything. It's ok if I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, etc. I don't want to do any of that stuff anyway. It's such a cool feeling. I don't think conformity is all it's cracked up to be. Is it really nessesary to be in the "in" crowd? Is it really life or death if you don't have a boyfriend? I don't think so. Wow, some of the many traumas of teen life I will never have to deal with. Very awesome. The uncle also said that this may be cause me trouble later, but I don't see how. Maybe someone could bring this to light?

All I know is that at school I can do my own thing and no one minds, at home I have independnce and as long as I get done what needs to be done I'm fine. Online I'm part of this great community full of a variety of wonderful people, who all are different, yet share a common bond. Life is good. I hope it stays this way. I hope I can pass on whatever this independent feeling is to my kids.
