I just remembered why I usually stop writing in diaries. I have a crisis, or problem, or something really good happens, and I remember to write it down, but as I write it, and it becomes clear, I realize that my "crisises" are pretty minor compared to other stuff, and when I write the things that were good, it sounds either like I'm tooting my own horn, or that I won't really care about it later in the future.

Yesterday, a thing happened that made me feel bad. I wrote about it, all prepared to enter it in this diary, and then I realized that I was sounding like a whiny brat. It was partially my fault the thing happened because I think I expected to much of my friends. Maybe I was hormonal and blew it way out of proportion. So I still have the entry, it just won't be entered.

Ok. Today: AP Test #1: English. It wasn't that bad. It was the multiple guess and the 3 essays and that was it. I can't wait to get my score. I think I did OK. I won't get to cockey though. I find that I do badly if I get too confident. So, keeping it humble over here. The next test is Thursday, Calculus. I'll keep y'all posted.

Opinion of the moment: Tangy Taffy is really good. Not just good, really good. Especially if you're in the mood for sweet, but no overly sweet. Also, I hope my cat finally catched that big, ugly fly. This thing, not only is it huge, it's ugly! This is an ugly fly! Some flies look kinda cute but this one is downright ugly. I hope she catches it and eats it. She likes eating bugs, so does my other cat, but he's getting a bit long in the tooth to chase them.
