Well, it's been five days since I last wrote here, so I figgured I'd better add something before you all think I dropped off the face of the planet.

Nothing has been happening at all since I got back. This summer heat wave that we've got going is not only making my room an inferno, but it's made me so lethargic that the only constructive thing I can do it read. Going online has been a big deal (and how lethargic must you be to not be able to do that?)

Some updates on my life:

• Got a CD burnner for the computer

• My computer isn't fixed yet, but Dell is supposedly sending me a new hard drive instead of me shipping the entire thing again

Also, I've learned that you should never try to force write something. It makes you feel terrible afterwards. Like you've just given birth to something that's just gonna die anyway. That's how I felt at least. Anyway, it killed the writing bug in me for a bit, at least until I get inspired again.

I talked to someone that I haven't seen or heard from in a while. My friend's ex. That was kinda weird, but it was kinda cool too. Life does go on after a break-up, so it seems :-)

Speaking of my friend, I hope she comes back from Maine today. I haven't seen her in too long of a time. I miss her.
