*2001-04-26 - 10:46 p.m.* Well, I have chutzpah. My grandma said so. What happened was this. My school (Atlantic City High School) is known as the Home of the Vikings (our football team). So, as per usual high school pagents, they have a Mr. Viking contest. This person is chosen by a group of people, and have to perform a talent, look good in a bathing suit, dress sharply, and answer questions intellegently. This was an all male competition. Until today. I saw the flyer hanging in the hallway. It said you had to be a senior to be Mr. Viking. So, I thought "Hell, I'm not getting prom queen, why not?" So, I signed up for the Mr. Viking competition with the organizer cheering me on. Boo-yah. Breaking down the gender walls, rocking the boat, etc. Go me. I'm just being silly. I think there's no way in hell I'm gonna win, but it'll be a laugh trying. So, that's the biggest news of the day. Lauren thinks I'm crazy, and I think my parents do too. My grandmother and aunt are loving it. I'm trying to figure out whether to play sexy or one-of-the-boys. ::shrug:: ________________________________________________________
