I had a very interesting Wednesday...I died three times.

Explanation:

Dave is taking film classes, and for his final project he wanted to do a cheesy horror film type 3-minute short. I was the female victim person. His group partner, Dennis, was the attacker type person. Basically, he wanted Dennis to chase me around, grab me, then kill me. Simple enough. However, in true Dave fashion he wanted to do the chase scenes Scooby Doo style...with the both of us running back and forth over the saame x-shaped walkway a number of times. This he is asking of his girlfriend that does not run. But, I love him and I kinda wanted to be on film, so I did it.

And Dennis chased me.

A lot.

For a long time.

Finally, he caught me as I was climbing the stairs to the library, whirled me around and snapped my neck. I then spasmed and fell to the ground limp. Then we had to re-take the shot from a different angle.

In the end, I died 3 times, and Dennis died twice. The end of the flick is Saumil (another member of the group) coming out of nowhere and shooting Dennis in the back of the head.

So, it was fun. Aparently my looks of terror were convincing.

Now onto a more serious matter...

Lauren's grandma died Wednesday morning. She had been struggling with cancer, and died in her sleep...the way she wanted to go. She was a very cool lady. She was in her 80s and looked 70 something. She had 2 or 3 boyfriends. She was still living on her own, in her own house. Still trying to be active.

When I get old, I want to be like her.

She was a great woman. I only knew her a few years, but I will miss her a lot.

So, that's all for Wednesday. Today, Dave, Julianne, and I are checking out the apartment, and Dave's taking me to see Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Should prove to be a very fun night :-)
