*02.13.2003 - 10:44 a.m.* Today is my little sister's birthday. She turns 11. I went home Tuesday night because I had to return all the things I borrowed for the formal. My Dad and I wound up having a discussion about old books. I am my father's daughter. We think alike. We look similar (I am the spitting image of his mother). And we love the same things. Especially Sci-fi and old books. I've started my small collection of old book, but my Dad has a huge head start on me. I told him that's it's really difficult to find old book stores here. One that I recently went to was in Ithica, NY when I went to see my friend Joe, and that was almost a year ago. My Dad told me that the best places to buy old books were NYC, Philly, and Boston. So, some weekend, I'm gonna get a group of friends together and we're gonna go hunting for classic old books. Wednesday morning I woke up, wrote up my editorial for Advances Writing, then I went out and got lunch for my Mom and me. Chicken pizza and two salads from the best pizza restaurant I've ever tasted, Linni's in Margate. If you are ever down by Atlantic City, order from them, they are wonderful, with a capital "WON". Anyway, it's time for Advanced Writing, so I'm concluding this journal entry. Addendum: I really need work on my conclusions. ________________________________________________________
