...and her name is "Maude.

Well, not really...but do you really think I'd give out her real name?

So, I haven't felt like writing. I work full time, I come home, eat, and sleep. That's been my summer. Oh, and all the tings I've talked about before...and Andrew came over and we went shopping...and bought matching His and Hers Dog Collars fom Pet Smart (his girlfriend loved the way I dressed him up...his girlfriend's parens think I'm a bad influence because of the way I dressed him up)...and I've been RPGing, as per usual...and I saw the League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Pirates of the Carribbean. Both movies are abosultely wonderful, 5 star entertainment, and I think everyone would be a lot happier if they went and saw them right now.

I miss Lis.

I miss Lauren.

I miss Sean.

I miss Brian...and Gabe...and Tyska...and Lorrane...and Chrissy...and Elisa...and Mandy...and Craig...and Dana...and Jon...and Lynne...and Brittney...and Meg...and Kevin...and Bob...and everyone who I would see, if not everyday, then everyweek.

But I love my job so much! At my job I've got Joyce, and Rob, and Erin, and Joe, and Joe, and Mat, and Melissa, and David, and Zac, and Brad, and Scott, and many others as well!

School is gonna be tough going back. I wonder if they all miss me, or if I'm just being sappy...

Dave and I are still broken up. I think we will get back together, but I don't know when...when the time feels right I suppose. I don't know quite what I'm doing on that front. I'm just kind of seeing how things go, trying not to hurt anyone in the process.

I don't really have much else to say. Work takes up 75% of my time. Joyce calls me a workaholic, but I'm really not. I just want to make sure I build myself up so that when I try and apply for an internship, I have two or three general managers reccommendations. Climbing my way up the company ladder.

And yes, I will eventually finish writing about Harry Potter night.

By the way...I'm introducing a new thing to my diary...I use to have Thought Of the Momment, and now I have the SaphiraCat Recommends. Basically, I work at a bookstore...I read and buy books...a lot of them. I'm gonna pick a really good book that I've recently read and recommend that everyone read it. Reading these books will enrich your life and make you all kinds of happy, in some way or another. Seriously...I have good taste.

SaphiraCat Recommends:

Nymph - by Francesca Lia Block. This is a tiny book of short erotic stories, all interwoven together in Block's typical fashion. I had a fun (albeit short) time reading it, mostly because I liked the way the stories were told, the way she did manage to connect all the characters (think Six Degrees to Kevin Bacon). This book is not smut, or trash, it's not raunchy or dirty. It talks about the lives of these people and how they are all connected, and yet they are unaware of the connections. It just describes the sex that these people have in detail. So, if you've read any more of Block's books (Young Adult fiction, Girl Goddess #9, the Weezie Bat Books) and you're looking for something a little more mature...or you're looking for something sexy but not smutty, this is a very good little book for you. You can order it on Borders.com

And that link means it's the end of the entry. Feedback if you read the book, or anything else I write is appreciated (provided it's not nasty).
