OK, so I'm back from class...let me explain why I think work is screwing me over...

Initially, I gave them my schedule for school and availabilities...they had me on for 4 days a week, working about 30 hours a week...Tuesdays from 6pm-11:30pm...Thursdays from 3pm-11:30pm...Saturdays from 8am-3pm...and Sundays from 8am-4pm. Now, I don't mind opening on weekends...gives me time to do things with the rest of my day...however, the weekdays cut into my time to study for classes. So last week, I told them I could only work weekends now, and they said ok. So I looked at the new schedule...they have me on the closing shifts on the weekends...Saturdays from 3pm-11:30pm, and Sundays from 1pm-9:30pm. This means that my day is now pretty much shot. I do school work much better at night, and they've taken that away from me.

Also, they have put me in the cafe for all my shifts, so technically I'm a cafe person...however, they haven't altered my pay. I'm still making the lower wages. So, this next paycheck, I'm gonna see if they change my pay scale...if they haven't I'm gonna talk to my boss and see what's going on.

I've noticed a recurring pattern...everytime I work down in Mays Landing, I really don't have any problems with anything...whenever I come to work up here, I always feel like I'm getting screwed over...hmm...curious, no?

On the plus side, working the night shift means that I don't have to see that scummy guy who mops the floors in the morning anymore. G-d is he creepy.

So, I have a little time before class, so I thought I'd write really quickly...
